When is the Promotion Period?

The Apia Funeral Insurance Offer is offered for the following periods:

Offer Period 1: 21 September 2023 to 30 of November 2023
Offer Period 2: 3 April 2024 to 30 of June 2024

Each Eligible Customer will have up to 31 December 2024 to redeem the Gift Offer.

Who can enter the Promotion?

Australian residents who are eligible to apply for and be covered under a new Apia Funeral Insurance policy during the Offer Period are eligible for this Gift Offer.

What is the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible to receive the Gift Offer the customer must have held the policy for 4 consecutive months and paid the relevant premiums in full for those 4 months. Four (4) months’ policy held is equal to 120 days.

What is the Gift Offer?

Eligible Customers will be able to redeem an Apia Funeral Insurance $100 Choice eGift card. The $100 Choice eGift card can be redeemed for 60+ leading retailers. Each Choice eGift card can be swapped for up to 4 brands for the card value and saved to a mobile wallet for contactless shopping instore and online.

How do I claim the Gift Offer?

Having qualified for the Gift Offer, the primary Policy Owner of the new Apia Funeral Insurance policy will be sent an Eligibility Email from info@funeraloffer.apia.com.au with details of how to redeem the Gift Offer.

How long will it take to receive my Gift?

You will be sent an email instantly to the email address provided upon claim with details on how to access your Apia Funeral Insurance $100 Choice eGift card will be emailed to you instantly upon your claim.

How many Gifts can I receive?

Each Policy Owner is entitled to one gift only. If the same Policy Owner takes out two different Funeral Insurance policies, that person is only eligible to receive one Gift on whichever policy reaches eligibility criteria first.

I am having trouble claiming my gift online, what could be wrong?

Ensure you have entered the correct information in all fields on the online form. If you have missed information or entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your claim. You will not be able to submit your request until all information has been entered correctly and you met the eligibility criteria.
